World-Renowned Brand - Part Time PA

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the senior Executives in various administrative tasks for this renowned brand on a part-time basis, working 20 hours a week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong proficiency in all Microsoft applications. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive support to executives.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a good understanding of the strategic direction of the business and Executives' goals

  • Responsible for the proactive management of the Executives' calendar

  • Anticipating diary/calendar changes and responds accordingly, including necessary meetings

  • Actively find solutions to enable the Executives to complete tasks or attend meetings

  • Processing expenses in a timely manner and in line with travel & expense policies

  • Liaise with the support team or lead on travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries, ensuring smooth end-to-end process.

  • Prepare and greet all visitors, ensuring room, access, catering and requirements are met

  • Manage hospitality requests.

  • Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the brand, including the promotion of culture and core values

  • Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of current strategic, business and operational plans

  • Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the brand

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
