World-Renowned Brand - Part Time PA
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the senior Executives in various administrative tasks for this renowned brand on a part-time basis, working 20 hours a week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong proficiency in all Microsoft applications. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive support to executives.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining a good understanding of the strategic direction of the business and Executives' goals
Responsible for the proactive management of the Executives' calendar
Anticipating diary/calendar changes and responds accordingly, including necessary meetings
Actively find solutions to enable the Executives to complete tasks or attend meetings
Processing expenses in a timely manner and in line with travel & expense policies
Liaise with the support team or lead on travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries, ensuring smooth end-to-end process.
Prepare and greet all visitors, ensuring room, access, catering and requirements are met
Manage hospitality requests.
Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the brand, including the promotion of culture and core values
Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of current strategic, business and operational plans
Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the brand
