I’ve got the media industry in my DNA. I worked as an EA/PA in Advertising, Television and Radio and became involved in recruitment at Capital Radio. I loved this and went on to launch Pulse Search & Selection in 2002 and have been absorbed in it ever since. We are a very close team of hard-working recruiters looking after companies within the Media, Sports, Luxury Goods and HNWI sectors.
We have always offered our unique 24/7 service and this has helped us become one of London’s most respected and leading agencies in Support, HR and Talent Recruitment. We love what we do and have built up very long-standing relationships with our clients. After university and an extended adventure through South Africa and Australia, I began my career at the BBC, working across a range of productions in Artist Liaison. I went on to manage The Union Club in Soho for five years, recruiting both staff and members for this iconic institution. My passion for people and talent led me to a recruitment role at a leading media agency, before joining Pulse over 23 years ago.
Since then, I’ve built lasting relationships with clients ranging from global advertising agencies to high-net-worth individuals. I’m deeply passionate about the role we play in people’s lives—connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities, supporting career growth, and experiencing the genuine satisfaction of helping someone find their perfect role.

Having recently finished up contracts in Early Careers Media Production for giants like IMG and Sky TV, I was recommended to travel into Soho in 2011 and see Pulse to secure myself a temp job in one of London’s best Media companies… and here I still am all these years later!!!
I didn’t think that initial meeting would lead to a career managing Pulse’s temp team and also working across Permanent and Contract roles for top clients in and around the Media landscape, but I couldn’t be happier that it did. I have loved working day-to-day on building up life-long relationships with both clients and candidates – even when chasing timesheets(!!!) – and look forward to this continuing and growing into the future.

Coming straight from school into finance at a very young age, banking, pensions, and accounts set the stage for the next 20 years of my working life. But then by pure chance I bumped into The Pulse Team. Working in the same building, they moving to new offices and looking for a new ‘Accounts Person’. And there was me about to be made redundant, feeling rather despondent, it really was a chance meeting, right place, right time!!
Finance still but in a media culture fit me well and that was 16 years ago...I am still in the right place and have been crunching the numbers for Pulse ever since.
