Trusted Wellness Brand - Talent and People Advisor - six-month contract
This family-run legacy brand, who pride themselves on their history and being at the pinnacle of their industry is looking for a Talent and People Advisor to join their London operation on an initial six-month contract. Working alongside and group of hard-working and passionate people in a growing business, this role will see you at the forefront of an exciting period of digital transformation to ensure that the company moves forward. You will be reporting into a Senior People Partner in this team-focused role.
Duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles throughout the business
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Create and advertise engaging job adverts across suitable recruitment channels
Source and attract diverse talent through direct sourcing, networking, social media, referrals and external agencies where appropriate
Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment best practice guidance
Manage recruitment systems, candidate records and reporting, including onboarding processes and links to payroll
Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on people-related matter
Support Employee Relations cases, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters
Assist Managers in interpreting employment legislation and company policies
Produce HR documentation, including letters, reports and case management records
Support flexible working, family leave and wellbeing-related requests
Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and best practice
Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new starters
Support probation reviews and employee integration
Manage employee changes including promotions, transfers and contractual amendments
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives
Assist in coordinating internal and external training programmes
Contribute to employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives
Support the implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion programmes
Support new HR system migration and implementation
Contribute to organisational change and transformation activities as required
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies
Support Right to Work checks and pre-employment screening processes
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Ensure HR records are accurate, secure and maintained in line with GDPR requirements
