Next-Gen Creative Agency - Part-Time Office Manager
Our client is an independent and progressive Creative Agency who is looking for an experienced and proactive part-time Office Manager to join their London team. Working 2.5 days a week, office-based, this role is pivotal to making sure the office runs smoothly and effectively for employees, clients and visitors.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the London office between Tuesday - Thursday each week
Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries, issues and suppliers
Manage office access and liaise with the key holding/security provider regarding office opening/closing, security matters, and troubleshooting employee office access issues
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
Liaise with emergency/out-of-hours contractors where required
Ensure waste disposal and recycling processes are maintained
Ensure the office environment remains organised, presentable and operational at all times
Work closely with agents and prospective sub-tenants to maximise utilisation of the office space, support sub-letting opportunities, and help reduce overall occupancy costs
Proactively identifying operational improvements and opportunities for supplier consolidation or cost efficiencies
Ensure office supplies, stationery, toiletries and kitchen provisions remain fully stocked
Manage weekly food and refreshment deliveries and ensure supplies are unpacked and organised
Work with HR to support employee experience and culture initiatives, including company socials and events
Work with external IT support providers to maintain accurate IT asset registers
Ensure the comms/server room remains organised and accessible
Coordinate the recycling, disposal or resale of old equipment and technology
Support onboarding/offboarding logistics relating to equipment and workspace setup where required
