Leading Retail/Restaurant Group - Creative Assistant to Founder

Our client, one of the UK’s leading Restaurant/Retail/Grocery giants, is looking for a highly talented Creative Assistant to join their growing business in a dual role which will see you support their high-profile CEO/Founder with Graphic Design and Innovation as well as acting as PA support.

Duties for this dual role will include, but, by the nature of this position, will not be limited to:

  • Acting as a catalyst for new ideas – sitting alongside the Founder, helping transform sparks of inspiration into products, projects and experiences that excite customers and help grow the business

  • Supporting the Founder on special initiatives and growth opportunities, including confidential business initiatives, presentations and company projects

  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to develop, coordinate and deliver creative projects

  • Creating and refining brand content across Social Media, presentations and company materials

  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with diary co-ordination and administrative projects when required

  • Meeting coordination and some travel arrangements

  • Preparing presentations and key documentation to ensure effective operations

  • Managing personal admin and finances including bills, direct debits, and standing orders

  • Assist with some property management (e.g. fixing utility rates, organising works to properties, liaising with property teams)

  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and absolute discretion

  • Coordinating and managing weekly expenses

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external contacts, acting as a trusted and professional representative of the Founder

  • Supporting the Founder in day-to-day priorities, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects

  • Ad hoc Project and Admin support as required

This role will require someone who has critical attention to detail and a creative mindset, to whom thinking outside the box comes naturally! You must have impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to juggle a number of varied tasks and deadlines.
