Global Integrated Marketing Group - Front of House Ambassador
Our client is a globally renowned Advertising and Marketing Group who are looking for a Front of House Ambassador/Supervisor to join their amazing UK HQ offices. They are looking for someone to become the face and voice of the business - playing an integral role ensuring that all visitors and clients are looked after pleasantly and efficiently, experiencing an exceptional visit every time. You will be working as part of a vibrant team, on a shift rotation and this is initially temp role which may become permanent.
Duties will include, but are not limited to -
Supporting the business to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey from arrival, during their visit and through to their departure
Working across multiple reception spaces maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors
Taking responsibility for the presentation of Front of House facilities and services, where necessary liaising with the wider Facilities function to ensure services are of a suitable standard and always looking for improvements
Managing client visits and meeting room bookings to minimise client conflict, as well as working with stakeholders to ensure meeting rooms and facilities are presentable and in working order for client requirements
Working with internal stakeholders and clients to support any meeting functions - ensuring orders are placed in advance and proportionate to the numbers attending
Ensuring policies and procedures are followed to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff, clients and visitors
Representing the business as a First Aider and/or a Fire Marshall
This role will require someone with experience of working within a Hospitality team, who has worked on multiple Reception/FOH desks. You can have worked in either a Corporate or Creative environment and must be conversant with Health and Safety laws in the UK.
