Executive Assistant to High-Profile Global Recording Artist
We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated PA/EA to work for a world-famous recording artist.
Mainly a remote role, but with proximity to the London studio/office of the artist, this role will require someone who has ideally worked for an artist or someone in the public eye before and understands the nuances that go with this.
This will be a role for a self-starter who is able to work alone and with personal autonomy, but who is able to work to a challenging schedule across various time zones. Working schedule will vary depending on the calendar of the artist but you must be able to commit to being available when required.
This will be an extremely enjoyable role where you will forge a great relationship - assisting with both business and personal needs - and will require someone who prides themself on their discretion and strength of character.
Oversee and manage the artist’s complex calendar (personal and professional)
Coordinate appointments, rehearsals, studio sessions, fittings, travel, and personal commitments
Liaise with management, label, stylists, glam, PR, security, and external partners
Ensure the artist is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements
Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport, visas)
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs
Provide on-tour support as required
Anticipate and troubleshoot logistical challenges in real time
Manage personal errands and household coordination in collaboration with the Household Manager
Oversee contracts, invoices, and expense tracking in collaboration with management
Liaise with external service providers (legal, financial, medical, etc.) where needed
Maintain confidentiality across all personal matters
Support preparation for shoots, performances, press, and appearances
Assist with product launches, collaborations, and creative projects
Conduct research as needed for upcoming projects
Coordinate with production teams on key deliverables
Act as a key point of contact between the artist and internal/external stakeholders
Screen and prioritise incoming requests
Maintain strong professional boundaries while protecting the artist’s time and energy
Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a PA (ideally within music, entertainment, fashion, or a fast-paced creative industry)
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and trustworthy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech proficient (Google Workspace, travel booking systems, budgeting tools, etc.)
Flexible and available outside traditional office hours
