NON-FOR PROFIT ADVERTISING BODY – SENIOR SUPPORT ADVISOR (maternity cover)

Our client is a unique Advertising/Communications body who are tasked with supporting their members within Advertising and Media companies and providing them with continued help and assistance with any issues they may have.

They are looking for a Senior Support Advisor to join them on a maternity cover basis who can provide advice, support, HR and Employment Guidance. The ideal person for this role needs to have an excellent working knowledge of Employment Law and have a good listening ear, so as to provide the most insightful and practical support possible.

A split HR/Advisory role, you will receive training on the finer points of the advice you need to provide, but must be emotionally mature and able to deal with people from all walks of life, whatever problem they come to you with.
