Front of House at Award Winning Post-Production Studio
ROLE
The Receptionist will be responsible for the front of house desk, ensuring that all guests, visitors and colleagues are given a first-class welcoming and efficient service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
First point of contact for all visitors, guests and colleagues, welcoming and greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering and directing inquiries and announcing visitors.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Responding to general emails from the public.
Order office supplies for the organisation, keeping and maintaining stationery via the reception desk.
Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings if required.
Coordinating deliveries and couriers, distributing the post as required.
Security requirements; ensuring access passes, signing guests in and out and issuing visitor passes as necessary.
Booking taxis when required.
Organising authorised car parking.
Assigning lockers and keys to individuals.
Monitor and order refreshments when required.
Order and maintain kitchen supplies and groceries
Monitor coffee machine, clean when necessary.
Arrange travel when required
Any other ad hoc admin duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience of working on a busy reception desk, or for a large organisation.
The ability to work alone and remain self-motivated.
Good organisational skills and an efficient and confident manner.
Be experienced with Microsoft Office, in particular, Word and Excel packages.
Be familiar with telephone software packages.
