Searching for a role...?

Just when you thought finding a job couldn't get tougher it seems some employers are making their candidates jump through some pretty extraordinary hoops.  In last night's Evening Standard ("The Point of these wacky jobseeker tests? Search me" p39) Google's alarming and quite frankly puzzling questioning strategy was exposed.   To be prepared for an interview with the largest and fastest growing Internet company in the world you'll need to know what Superhero you'd be, what animal you are and perhaps most puzzling of all what to do if you shrunk in size and got thrown into a blender!!!

To get a job with any company you have to show you fully understand their culture and the type of employee they are looking for.  Don't be too clever but do be prepared and do be creative as you need to stand out from the crowd.
