Our client is a top 10 communications agency based in stunning offices in London.  They are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to provide administrative support including learning and development.  Key responsibilities will include liaising with recruitment agencies on behalf o the HR team, setting up interviews and liaising with staff ensuring they have all the correct paperwork well in advance of the interview, ensuring that the recruitment database is kept up to date at all times, assisting in negotiating terms and conditions with recruitment agencies, participating in interviewing as required and assisting the HR Advisor in reviewing recruitment practices and researching alternative options.  You will also administer the company’s Core Skills’ training programme and help identify training needs.  The ideal candidate will have had some previous experience within human resources and want to join this dynamic agency and become an invalid member of their team.  This really is a fantastic opportunity and so please email us your cv as soon as possible and make 2011 your best year ever!
